Shipping Policy & Return / Exhange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Our website is set up for domestic shipping only. If you’re an international customer interested in a purchase, please e-mail us at [email protected] for a freight quote and assistance in completing the order. Our orders ship out with either FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS) with your shipping costs calculated at checkout. Upon shipment of your order, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent out with your tracking number. Please allow for 24 hours to pass for the tracking number to update.

Orders placed by 11 am MT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out that same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship out on the following business day. Some exceptions may apply.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unused, show no signs of use or wear and be returned in all original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with your intent to return your product(s). Please include the following information:
    1. Your order number
    2. Your full name
    3. Your shipping address
    4. Description of item(s) being returned
    5. Reason for return of item(s)
  2. Once you’ve received an email for return authorization print the attached shipping label, package your product with a copy of your return authorization email and / or clearly mark your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
  3. Drop off at FedEx shipping facility.
